Comment:

a) How can the City alienate the land without first itself undertaking

the normal rezoning processes?

b) The huge Heritage, Environmental, Traffic, Sewerage and Privatisation

of a Public Amenity issues should be addressed by the City PRIOR to any

Sale of this public land.

c) How can the City sell the Land 'as is' and later treat the winning

developers rezoning application objectively?
