Arthur Shephard passed away

It is with the deepest sadness that CBRRA reports the passing of Arthur Shephard, a true friend to so many and a stalwart Camps Bay resident who single-handedly transformed the Little Glen from a run-down home for vagrants into the pristine, well maintained park that it is today. This was amongst the many other civic duties that Arthur voluntarily performed for the betterment of his community and we all owe Arthur a deep debt of gratitude.

Our thoughts are with Paulene and the family at this sad time.
