Camps Bay Clean: Attendance at our Community Clean-Ups growing

 Good morning

I am so proud of what we have achieved with Camps Bay Clean in the past three years, in trying to keep Camps Bay as litter-free as possible.

It is wonderful to see the attendance at our Community Clean-Ups growing.

I do this for my love of Camps Bay, and for wanting to walk on clean pavements and lawns.

A huge thank you to all our Camps Bay residents and learners, Councillor Nicola Jowell, Ricardo and Goliath from the City Cleansing Department and the bin bag collectors, and Gift for all the support and participation in our clean-ups.

A big thank you too for donations received from the Camps Bay Ratepayers Association, Harcourts Atlantic, and Bronwyn Keene-Young, to cover running costs, as well as The 41 Restaurant for sponsoring beverages and a monthly burger prize.
