• The CID still hasn’t received any cash owed by the City so operations are heavily constrained
• Negotiations for the appointments of service providers are in progress
• CBCSI continues for incident reporting and response coordination in the meantime
• 100+ stop and searches conducted
• 67 warnings + fines to taxi drivers
• 172 interactions with rough sleepers, over 100 warnings issued
• 24 homeless persons assisted to move into shelters
• 500 bags of refuse removed
• Crime report: 3 burglaries, 1 attempted burglary, 5 thefts
