Notice is hereby given in terms of section 81 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law (MPBL), 2015 that the application below has been received and is open to inspection at the office of the District manager at Media City Building, 2nd Floor, corner of Adderley Street and Hertzog Boulevard Cape Town, 8001. Purpose of the application

Application made in terms of section 42(g) of the Municipal Planning By-Law: The proposal is to permit a second dwelling on the property. The applicant has applied to delete restrictive title deed conditions C.”5(a) and C.”5.(i) contained in Title Deed T54761/2001 relating to the number of dwellings and building materials (wood and iron).
