Erf 1727 double dwelling

Hi Greg

The CBCRA has no objection in principle against the erection of a double dwelling on the sub-divided plot, on condition that:

  • Sketch plans are submitted and approved by the CBCRA.
  • The agreement be amended and the resultant servitude re-registered at your client’s cost.
