Good day

With regards to the public meeting you attended at The Bay Hotel on 18 June 2013. We submitted your comments on the upgrade of the Camps Bay Beach Front to the Environmental Affairs (DEA &DP).

Please find attached a letter from Department of Environmental Affairs (DEA &DP) giving their approval to our application to upgrade Camps Bay Beach Front. Item 6 in the letter lists the activities that are allowed in terms of this application.

Item 10 in the letter states that the Interested and Affected Parties have 21 days to lodge an appeal in terms of Chapter 7 of the NEMA EIA Regulations, 2010. Please copy me in to any appeals send to DEA &DP.
